DUTIES OF SECUTIY PERSONALS

• Complete security arrangements
• Inspection over inward and outward flow of materials.
• Inspection over coming and outgoing of vehicles
• Keeping a watch on the visitors while leaving the factory/residence for security aspects.
• Maintaining and updating the records of incoming and outgoing examination of condition of vehicle before and either return to works accident damages etc.
• Controls over the co.’s / Society, premises, vehicle including cars tempos, buses, cycle’s handcrafts etc. and making of an alternate arrangement in emergency etc. whenever required.
• Control over parking of visitors.
• Requisition of public transport for men and materials whenever required.
• Maintenance of the cleanliness in the factory garden, factory office, factory floors, stores and canteen etc.
• Exercise control of work done by gardeners, sweepers, peons etc.
• Adequate storage of water for drinking washing and firefighting including starting and Shroff of water pumps, if available.

Lighting of steel lights wherever, requires in the factory premises after sunset and switching off the same before sunrise. Besides, Security Officer, Asst. Security officer is required to attend to the duties as entrusted by the management from time to time.
